Competition and Performance Schedule:
Sat., September 14, 2024 - Friends and Family Day
(We will load the trucks for the Brentwood Competition at the end of the day).
*PLEASE BRING LUNCH WITH YOU – YOU WILL NOT HAVE TIME TO LEAVE THE BUILDING. Also, please remember to bring all necessary items for a full performance - socks, shoes, garment bag, costume/uniform, etc. Uniforms, costumes, and shoes for new members will be handed out on 9/14 @ 3:15pm in the band room.
ADDRESS: Roslyn High School
11:30am: Arrive for unload
12:00pm: Go to Roslyn HS Field/Sectionals (need all necessary instruments/equipment/drill books/ costume/uniform for performance)
1:15-3:15pm: Full Ensemble on Field (we will chunk through movements and do production runs)
3:15pm: Everyone to get performance ready (change into costume, uniforms, etc)
3:30pm-4:45pm: Lunch/get ready (do NOT eat in costume/uniform. Have a snack first)
4:50pm: Everyone on the field to continue rehearsal in full competition attire
5:15pm: Gate Time (Full on and off the field)
5:20pm: Friends and Family Performance
5:30pm: Load truck and both trailers for the Brentwood show tomorrow
6:00pm: Depart Roslyn HS

11:15am: Warm-ups (in front of band room doors outside)
12:00pm: Line up for parade
12:15pm: Parade Step-Off
Parade Route: West on Round Hill Road, north on Roslyn Road/Main Street, east past the clock tower and across Old Northern Boulevard (band only stops here and the rest of the parade continues), south on east broadway, south on Roslyn Road, east on Harbor Hill Road to the High School Football Field.
12:45pm: Buses pick us up at Bryant Library lot and take us back to the HS
1:00pm: Lunch in cafeteria only (Band Fans buying pizza)
2:00pm: Football game Start
3:05pm: Line up at gate for performance
3:15pm: Approximate Performance Time
3:30pm: Load truck and both trailers
